	What is my password?	If you attended Watkins Mill H.S., Neelsville M.S., or Montgomery Village, M.S. during the 09-10 school year, your account name and password are the same that you used for the computers in your school last year. If you don't remember your information, all staff members at Watkins Mill can view your summer reading selection, assignment, account name, and password. If no one can help you, send a message to help@wmhsreads.org follwing the directions below.

	I didn't attend Watkins Mill, Neelsville, or Montgomery Village in 09-10. What is my password?	Send a message to help@wmhsreads.org following the directions below.

	I don't have an email address, but the computer won't let me continue without one.	Giving us an email address will help us if the staff member whose reading you are doing wants to contact you or if there are any changes in the program. If you want, you can use your mother or father's email address. If you cannot enter any email address, click on the "No Email" button.

	I can't find a copy of the book I want to read.	If the book you want is not in the library, ask the librarian to get the book from another library. The library will send you a letter when the book has arrived. Also many of the books on the summer reading list are available in the Watkins Mill H.S. library. All students, including incoming 9th graders, can borrow books from the school library during the summer.

	How do I get help?	Send a message to help@wmhsreads.org. In your message be sure to: Explain your problem clearly and completely If your problem is about your password, you MUST include The student's name and ID number if known The name of the school you attended in 09-10 The last four digits or your home phone number The student's date of birth. Please note that it may take a few days to get your problem resolved.
